[Colorado-Talk] Help make Colorado's 2026 State Convention the best yet! Breakout Session Application and Sponsorship Packet enclosed!

Good morning, Colorado!

I hope you are as excited as I am for our 2026 State Convention coming up from November 5-8 at the Denver Marriot South in Park Meadows! We already have some pretty fantastic plans in the works, but we can't make this convention happen without YOU!

Attached please find two documents: the Sponsorship packet for potential sponsors and exhibitors and our Request for Proposals for breakout sessions! The Exhibit Hall is a longtime favorite and highlight, so please share the Sponsorship Packet with any individuals, businesses, or organizations who may be interested in supporting our mission and showing off what they got to our community!

Breakout sessions can be as creative as you are! They can be sponsored by divisions, chapters, or by individuals. Have a special skill or interest you would like to share? Have an exciting idea for a panel? Plan out your proposal and send it on over! For the breakout session application, please note that the application must be completed and returned to Lisa Bonderson no later than September 30 at lbonderson at cocenter.org<mailto:lbonderson at cocenter.org>. Please also note that we may not be able to accept all breakout session proposals based on time constraints, so get your application in early!
