[Colorado-Talk] Looking for temporary furnished housing in Denver/surrounding area beginning September 12

Hello everyone,

I am beginning the process of moving my home base back to Denver, while
continuing to split my time between Colorado and California.

I am looking for a furnished Airbnb, apartment, guesthouse, or similar
temporary rental beginning *September 12, 2026*. My 18-year-old son would
live there full-time, and I expect to join him sometime in October. After
that, I would be there part-time while continuing to split part of my time
in California.

Our Denver condo is currently rented, and we are waiting to find out when
we will be able to take it back for owner occupancy. We have offered the
current tenants an incentive to leave early, but we do not yet know whether
they will accept or when the condo will become available. We therefore need
a temporary arrangement that could potentially continue through *February
2027 at the latest*.

Another possibility would be for my son to stay with someone we know who
has enough space and would be comfortable having him there. I would, of
course, pay rent. We could also contribute toward food, or he can take care
of his own meals and groceries, whichever is easiest for the arrangement.
He is very clean, quiet, and minimalist, and he would need a clean and
comfortable place to stay.
