hello curtis,

thanks for sending this message. yes, i was aware of this since i get the email messages from freedom scientific. well, i too had the same problems or situation last wednesday with my outlook account and, my other ms office stuff. i tried fixing it but, i tried contacting microsoft and, they were somewhat able to help me but, not really! well, thanks to the grace of god my outlook is finally back and running so, i'am back in business!!!!

As a result, JAWS may not receive the information it needs from these applications, causing some features to provide no speech or braille. This may affect: JAWS Results ViewerOCR ViewerPicture SmartMessage CenterNew OutlookMicrosoft Copilot 365 The issue is not currently observed in web browsers such as Chrome, Edge, and Firefox. Workaround If you find that JAWS is not working as expected in web-based apps, toggle the Touch Cursor on and off again for JAWS to resume speaking normally. To enable the Touch Cursor, press SHIFT+NUM PAD PLUS if using Desktop keyboard layout and CAPS LOCK+SHIFT+SEMICOLON if using Laptop keyboard layout. To toggle it off and return to the Virtual PC Cursor, press NUM PAD PLUS twice quickly (in Desktop layout) or hold CAPS LOCK and press SEMICOLON twice quickly in Laptop layout. If the content still does not respond as expected, press F5 to refresh the page or application content. Vispero is working directly with Microsoft to investigate the issue and determine the appropriate fix. We will provide additional information when it becomes available.
