Well, Darian, I'm not sure yet because I've only been to one meeting at 
National Convention.  Do you have a mission statement or goal statement 
written down that I could read?  I'm not trying to be rude but, it would 
help if you had one or both of those statements.  Not just for me but also 
for those wishing to be part of the group and for the time when you believe 
you could become a Division.

Off the top of my head, not having read any statements, I'd say that just 
having the members meet other members and seeing if the goals are similar or 
not.  It's just that simple.
