Darian,

I’m already a member of the Convention Service Project Committee so, does that mean that I don’t have to attend the Leadership meeting? Please let me know.

Regards,

Denise

Subject: [Community-service] Group leadership structure

Grettings everyone,
I hope that you are all enjoying your week.
I just wanted to bring you all up to speed with some minor changes that while they will not effect the ability for anyone who wants to be involved in the groups ability to do so, will help the overall effectiveness and growth of the group.
As many of you know, we have a leadership call which takes place in a fairly regular basis. This meeting is designed as a way for principal members of the group to keep up a strong working relationship which is vital to the success of all projects, plans and activities.
This group of principal members is consistent of the the group chair, service project chair, fundraising char, workshop chair, and secretary.
in the past anyone interested in leadership has been encouraged to join these calls. The change is a simple one. anon interested in involvement in the work of the committee is still welcome to do so, and will be encouraged and welcomed as a member of a committee ) convention service project, fundraising and workshop).
If you have any ideas for committees you feel should exist, have an idea for a committee you want to chair or want to join one that has already been mentioned, please do let me know.

Thank you for your interest and I along with the group look forward to working with you.
Best,
  Darian
