[Community-service] lose change jar.

I liked the idea of having a lose change jar in our house, and putting
coins in there.  I have started something like this myself.  I have
about 0.34 cents worth of pennies and nickles, which I am planning to
give to the Salvation Army on Thanksgiving weekend when I go shopping
on black friday.  You know how they always have the red kettle bell
ringers.  Oh, and I have even  wanted to become 1 of those people.
