Hi All,
The change jar idea is certainly a very good one used in the Federation from time to time.
Chapters keep a jar of some sort to collect change a at chapter meetings for the sake of fundraising and I’ve even heard of members keeping one to contribute to our movement.
remember we are a non-profit and the work that we do can’t be done without contributions from the general public and an our members.
Remember that we offer free canes and slates and financial assistance to folks who want to get to national convention for the first time, and these things wouldn’t happen without what we have to contribute.
Also, similar programs happen in our states and it’s important to find a way to contribute via those avenues.
