[Community-service] reactions from national convention

I really enjoyed the trivia night, but would have liked to have seen it a
little later in the evening; it took us a long time to begin due to the
scheduled time and the elevator issues at the hotel. Other than that, it
was great fun! I loved meeting new people, being on a team with folks I had
never met. It was probably the most intimate/get-to-know-you kind of event
I attended, and I hope you keep it up.

Tom,
I see the message here about you losing your copy of the newsletter. I'll
send you another copy right away!
To that end, if anyone else on this list has lost their copy, please do let
me know by emailing me off list at hbwilliams16 at gmail.com .
I, too, am interested in hearing any and all thoughts with regard to this
division's activities at convention, the newsletter, or anything else that
anyone would like to share.
Best,
Hindley

Hi Tom,
I would like to hear of these things as well.
(Then again, I suppose that's why solicited them to begin with *smile*)
Hope to hear from fellow attendees, this will help us get better.
Besides,we like knowing that someone benefits or gains or enjoys what the
division has put a lot of work into.

Darian,
As you are aware, I didn't make it to National. I would love to see the
comments of those who did. I would really like to hear their comments on
the water bottles, Trivia Night and the Limo Ride. Need to see the input
and suggestions by the delegates to improve or discontinue aspects of the
different projects OR suggestions on additions to. Also I would love to
have a copy of the newsletter. My grandchildren deleted it by accident and
it never went into trash or re-cycle bin. Thanks!

Hi all,
I'm noticing we've had a bit of a quiet list as of late so I wanted to
ask a couple of questions to see what we get.
1. if you made it to convention, and were able to attend our meeting on
July 7 what were your thoughts and reactions to the various speakers and
topics?
2. What are some things that you think we really should do over the coming
months?
3. as mentioned, we accomplished quite a bit of very exciting things
including the creation of our first issue of the community service
Division newsletter.
have you seen it? what did you like about it?
many thanks!
Darian
