Dear Fellow Federationists:

In my view, First Class Citizenship means that we will receive the same treatment as do the sighted.

We, will except nothing less than this.

I believe that Doctor Kenneth Jernigan made this statement at the 1975 NFB Convention.

I was there and heard his great Banquest Address.

It was one of his best convention speeches I have ever heard.
