[Community-service] Web site/blog committee meeting

Hi all,

 

The Web site/blog committee will be holding its first meeting on Thursday,
August 11 at 8 PM Eastern. The call-in information is as follows:

Anyone with an interest in helping out with the Web site and/or blog is
welcome to join. I have pasted my original call for members below so that
you can see what the committee is all about. And no worries:  Techie skills
are not required.

My name is Chris, and I serve as secretary of the Community Service
Division. I also chair the committee that is responsible for maintaining the
division's Web site and blog. Our Web site is fairly new, and I am looking
forward to adding tons of great content this year. I am also looking forward
to adding even more great articles to our blog.

 

I am looking for people who are interested in helping with these efforts.
Don't know any of the techy parts of building or maintaining a Web site or
keeping a blog? No problem. There are all kinds of ways to help with this
committee, including soliciting, writing, editing, and posting blog and Web
site content and of course coming up with ideas for how to make the Web site
and blog even better. If you do have the tech skills and know-how, then we'd
love to have you, too. If you're interested in helping out with this
