I read this kind of fast Darien, but what you're asking for is when all those speeches from Dr. Mauer and Mr. Riccabono going back are spoken how much do you take home with you? Quite honestly I've never read most of the written stuff. All I can say is there's so much to consume while it is quite inspiring there's just too much there to remember. And how do you take a portion of something and use it to explain to your comment every day person. Let's say it's your pastor who isn't sure it's perfectly safe for you to help and church with Sunday school or nursery or serving communion. After all they're not the only ones there that make decisions. How do you bring all these facts and information back swirling around in your head to your coworkers? The grocery store clerk who doesn't bother to find someone to help you because they don't think they have to. Or in the case I'm dealing with now, the office manager who things they're beyond having to send us an email when taping a flyer in the elevator for the entire building to say they're shutting off the water between 8 AM and 5 PM is acceptable? I know there are divisions and people at headquarters that can help, but sometimes I feel such good ideas are presented in discussions but I don't remember good suggestions when the time comes.

Sorry this is a long winded response. One of the things that the human services division is doing it as taking a bunch of the stuff and putting it into a resource file. This will be available on their website and in other formats to I'm assuming Darien you might want to consult Merry Schoch to get details. This is brand-new knows that I don't have all the details about.
