Greetings to all,

I agree, the Demo is indeed a headache! But no worries, I believe it’s critical to remain solution focus. You have the desire and passion to serve so
I suggest a conversation with the person over volunteers will guide you in the right direction to gather the tools that you need to be successful in this volunteer role. Also, just maybe another person who so happen to be blind volunteered in this role before in the past and they installed JAWS. ❤️ Sweet!

Meanwhile, I would reach out to some of the listserv as well as blind groups on Facebook to see if anyone has an extra copy hanging around. Also, I would become familiar with NVDA since it’s free plus another tool to place in your tool box to go to work and/or secure volunteer opportunity.

Good luck! Best wishes! Keep serving!

JP

Every 35 minutes it wants you to shut everything down and I mean everything. There’s always comes when you’re in the middle of a project. Save yourself the frustration.

I don’t know yet exactly what all would be involved, but I’m wondering since it’s just volunteer, they probably don’t have JAWS or something like that on computer or would want to get it. I have it on my laptop but want me to use their computer and systems.
