I think you are hysterical in your comments of saying you are ignorant  
which you are not, cut cute to say teh least.  I have to put it out there  that 
I do think that BESBS will be better under BRS so I am hopoing because  
there seems to be so organization for the lower part of the state where there  
are a lot of disabled blind people.    I think you are right on  the fact of 
networking it is a  good thing.
