Good Morning,
I am really excited to learn that there is such a mailing list as this. I, too, have a visual impairment but it does not prevent me from reading print and traveling alone. We have recently organized a Norwalk Chapter of the NFB here in Connecticut. We are looking for new members to join our chapter. Look for our chapter on Face book under Church Without Walls.
Remember, having little vision or no vision does not have to be an end.... it can be a beginning.
God Bless You All,
Lee

Hi Rich,

Can you answer my question? I am hearing your name read, but no address. I don't want to post to this listserve with my little unNFB questions, so how do I address you only? The names and addresses of senders has to be displayed right from the beginning so that we can locate and click on it. Reply only when wanting to inform everyone of particular NFB data, or to do intros etc.

Thanks for your, and everyone elses assistance with this matter. Its only a matter of our getting the listserve working right, and then it will be serving us all correctly.

Lovenergy,

Joe Tolve

introduction time is it:

Well my name is Rich McGaffin, I am a member of the southern CT chapter of the NFBCT.

I’m temporarily employed by the register, as a customer service rep, I have a little sight in my left eye & totally blind in my right eye, I’m also married & have been for 15 years although how my wife puts up with me is amazing. I come for a large family so I’m rather aggressive so sometimes people may take some of the things I say the wrong way.

Anyway I’m proud to be a member of the NFBCT, it’s a great organization. If I can be of any help to any of you let me know,. Well I could ramble for hours, but no one wants or needs that.

Take care & peace be with you all

Rich McGaffin
