This sounds like a great opportunity. I know of an Achilles organization in the NYC area that also deals with tandem bike riding. I'm planning to make a call to find out if they would do the samae thing here. Tandem biking is a wonderful sport.

 Hi all,

See email below. Here's a great opportunity for anyone who wants to get out there and 'pound the pavement'! Achilles International has groups all over the place, so if you are interested but don't live close to South Windsor, give Diane Amato a call anyway. Chances are, she can hook you up with someone closer to you.

Achilles international is committed to helping those who need us to run with them, weather it's to jog/ run on Tuesday nights/ Saturday mornings, to train for a run, or to run in a local 5k, 10k 1/2 marathon or full marathon.

Please give my contact information to anyone who may benefit. We look forward to hearing from you.
