Suzanne:

I apologize for somehow not communicating my intent vividly enough. I was sure that I had, but it appears that I did not.

I chose to "editorialize" to ensure that nobody who listened to the audio clip took the wrong message away from it. I also took advantage of the opportunity to re-nourish the list members with a reason to support HR 3086. HR 3086 is a top priority of the National Federation of the Blind, so it is true to the core of the purpose of this list.

I am not smearing the ACB at all. I have no need to smear them and gain nothing from it. If you'll listen to the audio clip, you'll hear a smearing of the Federation, which is not something with which I want list members to agree.

Take care,

Justin

All these posts are as bad as folks crying over the election on my Facebook.

ACB is another blind organization.

Do we have to smear them. The woman asked a simple question and we get all
this editorializing. All you had to say is American Council of the blind.

Can't anyone in this country agree to disagree and try to compromise to make
the world a better place?

Such nonsense.

I'm ready to unsubscribe from this kind of stuff for the very reasons Justin
has accused ACB of doing nothing but focus on targeting NFB. I have never
heard a single nice thing said about ACB from a Federationist.

We are all blind for crying out loud.
