Hi jen, 

Talking to a bank representative might not do it. If there is a way to speak
to someone in their on-line computer department perhaps you could find
someone who understands what you are talking about.

Hi "cookiechumper" and all,

When I talked to the bank representative about this, she apologized but
said something to the effect of, "That's the way it is." Also, this
person did not know I am totally blind. I don't think there is call-in
service.
