Hello Charlie and Beth,
I would like to support  efforts to assist in fundraising for this family
I wondered if
   ?There is an International NFB Board that could advise
    ?There is a way to set up a simple web site or just the pay pal account
so people all over could contribute.
 There was a woman in NYC who immediately set something like this up on her
Facebook page, I believe,  in the immediate aftermath of Hurricane Sally.

Your efforts make me  proud to be associated with the NFB.  Your use of the
media  is an effective way to raise consciousness and support for a family
in need.
Please keep those of us who are willing to support this family posted as to
possible ways to help.
