Subject: [Ct-nfb] Friendly's fund raiser

Good morning all;

I just got off the phone with a lovely woman named Melissa from Friendly's corporate office. Our chapter the Southern CT chapter of NFB of CT. Will be holding a fund raiser at the Milford Friendly's in Milford CT on, August 1st. How it works is you go to the friendly's website, and download an application, fill it out get a W-9 form drop them both off at your local Friendly's and some one will contact you. Now I must warn you all, that if the Friendly's is franchised and not corporate owned they may not honor it. However as we all know we meaning our local chapters are hurting for cash, so it's worth a shot. As I get more details I'll pass them a long. I wish you all good luck in your venture. Two things I do wish to point out, that you can't hand out any vouchers in front of the restaurant, and you can hit as many Friendly's as you wish, and it can be done at least once a month. Let me also say that thanks to Gigi who did the initial calling to find out about this.

Rich
