[Ct-nfb] legislative matters

Hello, 

I think it more productive,  since Chris Kuell  quit ,   I had to take over
CT. legislative matters as well as D.C. we should all just concentrate on
important matters. So, list serve, let's be aware that there may be a chance
that we have to deal with the vendors security in jobs again. Thank you for
