I heard a rumor about a service that calls itself "Connecticut limousine" and offers van service that goes back-and-forth between the airport and the New Haven area on a routine scheduled basis. This may be a great, affordable option for our travelers.

Thank you Ester:

We do know the times that they are coming in. Unfortunately they are all coming in at separate times. I am going to find someone that can help us out.

Hi, Gary,

I spoke to Lucia about this, as I feel the same way you do and she mentioned that perhaps, since there were four guests coming in, it would be hard to pick them up separately. She thought that it might be possible for them to coordinate coming into Meriden together, all splitting the cost of a cab to Hartford, then taking the train together to Meriden, but this wasn't written in stone, so to speak. . However, she thought they were all coming at separate times, as they're traveling from various parts of the country. You may want to speak with her again about this. We should find out what times they are all coming into Bradley. Just my thoughts, and thanks.

I am working to help our guests get to the convention. We do have mass transit in CT that really has not changed since the 1950s. It is rude of us as an organization to invite these people and have them find their own way. We should have a little class and help them out.

I didn't know we were working on such a system!

I probably would have tried to take advantage of it myself.

I hope our four guests are prepared to find their way if drivers aren't available. I'm thankful that there is some mass transit in CT.
