Subject: [Ct-nfb] free white cane?

Good morning all:

I'm not sure if I've mentioned or not, but I know I put it on face book.
About 2 weeks ago, my white cane broke while walking to Stop & Shop to
meet my wife. I went on the NFB's web-site and filled an application for
a new one, because as we all know traveling independently is almost
impossible with out it. At the end of the application after going to
the sound test thing. It says this order will not be confirmed without
an e-mail confirmation, it's been over 2 weeks now and I've never
received a confirmation e-mail. Does anyone know why? Although I don't
want to clog up the request form with requests I did fill out another
one this morning, if anyone knows who or can contact some one to check
on this for me, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks

Rich
