Fellow Federationists:

If you want to be involved in the 75 Days of Action and build a new chapter/division or strengthen an existing chapter/division, we are a bit more organized than just showing up to a conference call or two.

Thank you to Beth for doing some outreach work on this initiative. I serve on the 75 Days of Action Steering Committee, and I plan to be on the call tonight at 9:00 pm. We want people to make a commitment to be a part of the training calls each week for the rest of our curriculum. There are only a few more weeks left. Then, we aim to official start those 75 new nationwide chapters between the beginning of September and middle of November.

Kevan Worley, one of our national representatives from 2013, is co-chairing the entire initiative with Jeannie Massay. Anil Lewis, our national representative in 2010, is the regional coordinator covering Connecticut. He can be reached at alewis at nfb.org<mailto:alewis at nfb.org> if you need him.

We have seen some interest in Connecticut, and I'd love to see some more. I go around the country bragging about being from Connecticut, and I love it when my fellow Federationists back home help me back that up!

If there is anything I can do to teach people more about the nitiative, do not hesitate to reach out to me.

Yours,

Justin Salisbury
