Hi Miss Kim,

It's so good that you want to be involved in the at-large chapter! I haven't ever looked for minutes from an at-large chapter meeting, but that's always a good way to get a recap. Secretaries are very important because, as the president of the merchants' division in Wisconsin says, good minutes run any chapter.

About calling in when out of town: one thing that's great about our conference lines is that you can be anywhere in the continental US, and maybe even beyond that, and still call into our meetings. Of course, if you're busy doing something at the call time, that's another story, but don't feel like you can't call just ecause you're not physically in Connecticut.
