[Ct-nfb] Connecticut Transportation Survey

My local representative to the Connecticut General Assembly sent me this survey about new transportation proposals. It's important for us to voice our opinions!

That survey includes a proposal for a new light rail system between Hartford and UConn's Storrs campus. A light rail, for those who don't know, is basically an above-ground subway. The survey also mentions buses and rail service.
