I'm sorry that I wasn't able t oattend this year as  well. As it seems  a great  group of those elected and much  congradulations t oall on their new  roles in the organization. As it is going to be  a truly wonderful year  and will get a lot accomplished.

As I'm wondering  as t owhat is 1st vice president and what is it that they do.
