Good afternoon:

 

CRIS Radio needs your help! As part of a National Archives grant award, we
need users of our service to provide feedback to us on the ease of
accessibility to the historic World War I documents posted on our website

This email is to invite members of the State Rehabilitation Council to
listen to a few recordings and then take a five-minute survey

regarding their experience.  

 

"Voices of World War I" is a collaborative project with CRIS Radio, the
Conn. State Library and IDEAL Group that is the first in the nation to
provide human-narrated audio access of primary source historical records and
documents otherwise not accessible to people who are blind or print
disabled.   We will submit the survey findings to the National Archives as
part of our final report to them in September.  

 

Thank you in advance for taking time to listen to some recordings, which
include letters to home, questionnaires, government publications, newspaper
articles, and diaries. We promise they are very interesting and insightful.
And thanks for taking time out of your day to complete the survey. Please
