I think Vision Dynamics in Cheshire sells them. Other than that, I'm 
not sure where else they can be purchased at such short notice. I do 
have a brand-new, never-used spare Ambutech 50-inch cane though, if 
that would help in a pinch. I know it's two inches off, but I'm willing 
to part with it if that would help someone. Two inches too short is 
still better than no cane at all.
