Description:  New Horizons Village will be holding an Art Celebration
showcasing the artistic talents of people of all abilities.  The event will
include a performance by the renowned Blind Boys of Alabama.  The Blind Boys
of Alabama has received 5 GRAMMY Awards and collaborated with everyone from
Mavis Staples and Stevie Wonder to Prince and Lou Reed. The Blind Boys of
Alabama have played on the world's most prestigious stages including
performances for 3 different presidents.  As an added feature, the event
also includes an art exhibit showcasing the work of accomplished artists
with disabilities. Hartford Artisans Weaving Center, Art Connection Studio,
Albertus Magus' Art Therapy School, and Oak Hill will have displays at the
