[CT-NFB] at-large conference call

I didn't get a notification last month-until the day after-which  was the
reason I did not attend, though I would have been able to. I assumed there
was no meeting, since I didn't see a notice. I routinely get one for the day
after, which is obviously of no use. Can we fix that?
