[CT-NFB] looking for a solution

Hi, all:

 

When I try to click on the links where we can look at the articles, e.g.,
the one about the mobility instructor position below, all I get is
gibberish. What am I doing wrong, and how can I get access to these links
that don't seem to work? I've tried both Chrome and I.E. thanks!
