For technology help?...  The Dept. of Aging in CT. has Ct. elder waver
program  for people over 65 , with Medicare, at 1 800 445 5394. or 64 and
under and you have Medicaid  for insurance  , community first choice program
is an option for you.  Dial 211 for that program. So they will interview you
and it will also depend on your income records. Thank you to Josephina for
