Hungry—and it’s all your fault!!! A friend and I got into a discussion of the things we regret not having made this year with our slow cookers: potroast; chili. Most of my energy was turned to slow-cooker jambalaya, which has turned out to be one of my faves...

I've also made shepherd's pie but haven't made it in a while. On the bottom of a casserole dish, I place corn and ground beef, then made mashed potatoes with red potatoes, leaving the skins on because they are so tender, then top the pie with lots of butter and Italian-flavored breadcrumbs! Anyone hungry yet?

These are awesome responses so far!!!
I’d make a good Shepherd’s pie, with chocolate chip cookies and ice cream sundaes for dessert. I’m pretty hungry, if y’all couldn’t tell. Haha!

I would keep it simple. Meatloaf, with potatoes and broccoli.
