Tips and Tricks.

Did you know that you have an Aira folder? This folder, which is available during any call with an agent, can contain anything you want. Need to keep instruction manuals, recipes, trip itineraries, walking directions, just about anything? Ask your agent to add the information to your profile folder. This way any agent can grab itn during a call.

If you use web sites that require specific passwords and find it takes a lot of time to either give them to agents or find them in separate files, start a Password file in your Aira folder where agents can store all your passwords in one place, by name and web site. since your file is only available during a call, those passwords and other log in information will stay safe.
