Good afternoon, 

 

Earlier today an announcement with a survey link (below) was issued by email
to a wide range of clients and consumers served by one or more of the
bureaus of the Department of Aging and Disability Services to ask what their
preferred approach is for communicating with staff from the agency. We would
like to be sure that we are keeping current with these preferred approaches.


 

The survey has been successfully tested with the following screen reader and
browser combinations, and will likely work with many older versions:

 

*       JAWS 2019 and 2020 with Chrome 79 on Windows 7 and 10;

*       JAWS 2019 and 2020 with Firefox 72 on Windows 7 and 10;

*       NVDA 2019.2 with Chrome 79 on Windows 7 and 10;

*       NVDA 2019.2 with Firefox 72 on Windows 7 and 10

*       Voiceover with Safari on iOS 12 and 13, (if a pop-up button
initially doesn't activate on iOS, try jumping to the bottom of the page and
scrolling to it backwards, or reloading the page and starting the survey
over).

 

We would appreciate if you could assist in sharing this information with
individuals whom we may mutually be communicating with so that their
attention will be called to the opportunity to participate in this survey
and also so they will be aware that if they encounter any issues with
