[CT-NFB] Descriptive Video

Hi,
You guys are always so helpful, I need help again!
I did a zoom interview on how I weave as a blind person and they want to add descriptive video to the interview. They are in British columbia Canada and can’t get info on how to do it because places are closed due to the virus. Can anyone give me info on where they can get help?
