Very interesting. I had to visit the emergency department in New Britain about 2 weeks ago and my companion was not allowed past check in. The staff called her when I was ready to go home. I’m glad that has changed.

Good Morning All,

Saw this decision reported in the Hartford Courant this morning.

This is an important victory for all people with disabilities.

Our next victory will be insuring accessible voting through a secure absentee balloting procedure.

Our work has just begun.
