        During this year's summer vacation, the National Federation of the
Blind of Connecticut is honoring Betty Woodward by bringing back our
"Braille Readers are Leaders" Contest. I have attached a copy of the contest
application form which also explains the rules and regulations. We hope you
will forward our contest information to Connecticut's blind and visually
