Jim,

You are doing a great job getting people to attend your meetings. We must remember that this is indeed a chapter of the affiliate. In addition to learning about each other I believe that it is most important to spread the philosophy and history of the Federation, therefore meetings should include The presidential release, happenings with respect to both the affiliate, other chapters, and the national organization, and then after normal chapter business is addressed with any additional speaker or activity be appropriate. As more people participate in the app Dash large chapter meetings, I feel that it is the perfect time to treat this chapter like any other. Just my thoughts. our local chapter holds monthly meetings, but then normally would run an additional get together either each week, or a few times a month to address certain topics, have speakers, or just a social get together. But the meeting should be held as a meeting to conduct Federation business at the beginning. I know that this has not been the way it has been done, but you are the perfect one to transform this group into a true chapter so that they benefit from all of the resources, occurrences, and business of the entire organization. You can do this, I have so much faith in you and I’m so proud that you stepped up and took on this leader ship role! Keep up the great work.

Phil

Respectfully,

P.A. Magalnick,JP

Hi Federation Friends,

The At-Large Chapter would like your feedback on a new meeting format.
That is, a speaker meeting using our own affiliate members telling
their stories.

A speaker would have 25 to 30 minutes to share and then take comments
from the audience. The meeting would run from 8:00pm till 9:00pm the
third Wednesday, every other month starting December 2020.

Our Chapter feels it would be a great way to know each other better.

What do you folks think of the idea?

Warm regards to all,
