Hi, Everyone,

We want to sincerely apologize to those of you who took time out of your evening to join us for our free November event. I, Kim, was very under the weather last night, and wasn't there to play the recording. For those who weren't in attendance, Chris had a spectacular internet meltdown only moments before the event was to begin, and just got it back around noon today. Lisa was also unable to receive or play the pre-recorded presentation for various reasons. We never like canceling events, and are deeply sorry to have inconvenience so many of you who were kind enough to join us live.

We always look forward to chatting with you in addition to hopefully sharing valuable info, so we felt really terrible about this. We're so sorry it happened, and want you to know how much we value your presence as part of our community.
