from the NAGDU Facebook page:

Hello everyone. Today, January 24, 2022, begins the one-week Lyft denial
video collection survey. For some reason, Lyft seems to think that there
isn't a problem concerning their drivers denying rides to people traveling
with their guide dog or other service animals. Therefore, if you experience
a Lyft denial this week, starting today, Janaury 24 until Sunday, January
30, we would like you to fill out a survey, and we would like you to record
a one-minute video to tell Lyft how this has affected you. Details about
this project can be found frommmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm the following
link, which contains links to the survey itself, as well as a link to the
recording of the town hall we held last week.
