Hi everyone,
Once you download the app, at the top of the screen will be a button to access free offers, tap on that. The next screen will have a first item called “promotions”, tap on that. You will then see a long list of programs keep scrolling down until you get to: 
State of CT AIRA pilot program“ . Tap on that. You are ready to make your first call. When you get the first agent, be sure to mention the Connecticut pilot program and ask them to put that in your account so that it will be applied every time by every agent. The more of us that sign up the greater the chance to get this service for free again! Once you do the steps there should be no time limit to your free call or the number of calls to make.
