Tried using it last week, but could not manage through it do to a lot of
changes they have done withitI just used the ap tonight   and it was very
difficult.  The screen is hard to find what they want to click on   it seems
to have youJumping up & down    At the end my meeting was canceled, but I
caught the driver and he took me back home.  So I wanted to add a tip to the
fare, but I couldn't manage that.

Hello Beth,

I am wondering if you know any blind or visually impaired person  who is
very familiar with the Uber app. As I think I mentioned to you on the phone,
I am having problems finding the call driver or text driver buttons in the
Uber app. They must have moved them because I've been at this for over a
year and can't find them anywhere. I need to give the driver a heads up to
look for a guy with a white cane at the pick up location. It used to be in
the Driver Profile screen, near the top. But, not now. Either my wife can
drive me to the person or I can pay that person to come to me in Milford. I
think it is best that I am in front of the person when we go through the app
together. If you know of anyone, I'm all ears. Thanks.
