Hi Erin,

I hope you are enjoying the sunny weather.

Below and attached is our Vendor Registration Form to complete and
return to us. In lieu of of a regustration fee, we are asking vendors
to submit a doorprize.

The convention is on November 3rd, 4th and 5th, 2023. Exhibitors will
be on Friday, November 3rd only. A table with two chairs will be
provided. If you need electricity, please let us know in advance.

Vendors start setting up at 6:00pm and Fair doors open at 7:00pm and
close at 10:00pm

If you're interested in staying overnight call the Holiday Inn at
(860) 443- 7000 no later than October 2nd and reserve a room under the
National Federation of the Blind of CT using the code: NTB All rooms
will be reserved at $102.80 per night after taxes.

Thanks so much for being part of our convention. We sincerely
appreciate your participation.
