[CT-NFB] en compus

Hi,
It has been a hit or miss at times with them.  
Paul had a hair appointment that he missed because they were running so late.  Hoping they can get up to speed, for it is a good on demand service.  Not sure if we as a group should make a complaint if we continue to have poor service.
