[CT-NFB] Statement of the Board of Directors to the Federation Community Regarding Location of 2024 National Convention | National Federation of the Blind

Hello Everyone,
Thank you Justin for forwarding the NFB National statement.

Does this statement  from the Board of Directors mean that the NFB was
unable to get out of their contract with the Rosen  company for 2024
without penalty or threat of a lawsuit?

Will state affiliates have any input into this decision or is it final,
based on contract law?
