and their families.

NCD invites you to join our Town Hall Sessions on November 16th 

Join NCD on Thursday, November 16, 2023, when we hope to hear from
disability advocates and local officials in the New England area about best
practices and barriers during two town hall sessions - one about
transportation and one about housing. All those who participate will be
given three minutes to share their experiences or concerns, and priority
will be given to anyone who participates in person (virtual commenters will
be called upon afterward as time allows). Electronic comments are also
welcome at  <mailto:PublicComments at ncd.gov> PublicComments at ncd.gov. All
information learned during the sessions will be utilized by NCD in future
work and potential research projects. Registration for providing comments is
required (see below).

town hall sessions (or both!), you must register in advance by sending an

"Public Comment" and your name, organization, state, and topic of comment
included in the body of your email. Deadline for registration is November
14, 8:00 p.m. EST. Please indicate if you are providing the comment
in-person, over Zoom, or only submitting via email. All individuals desiring
to make public comment are strongly encouraged to read NCD's guidelines for
public comment in advance of the meeting at:
