[CT-NFB] Count needed for attendance at January 11 State Board meeting

 Hi Deb,
I don't know that I can attend the meeting State Board meeting on Jan 11th. Dennis is still at Saint Mary skilled nursing in West Hartford and I try to visit him around lunch time and then spend a little time with him.
