[CT-NFB] The Encompass program in Connecticut has been refunded!

Yay! I use them today and I actually had to go back into my house and get
my ID card even though I told them what my number was. I don’t know if he
was just annoyed that I had a guy dog. He told me when I got in that
somebody complained last time that there was hair on the floor. I kind of
figured that was his fault for not cleaning it but what I said was well
people that are dealing with people with disability should know that there
may be the possibility of a dog on board so that’s their own problem.
Anyway, I suggest bringing your ID card with you if you don’t normally do
that
