Hi Maryanne, I am glad things are starting off in a good way. I did get a
bunch of envelopes, but I don’t know what to put on them. Do you have a
list of at least all the chapters and then I could put those on there and
then I could put the number on later, but at least I could get started with
something but I really don’t know what I should be putting on them. Thank
you.
